1. In the Calendar's side menu, click the Plus button
2. A new project with the default name "New Project" will immediately appear in the list.
Project Settings
1. Hover over the line with the created project "New Project".
2. The "gears" icon will appear next to the name. Click on it.
3. The "Project Settings" window opens.
Filling in the settings
1. In the window that opens, you can change the project name.
2. Setting up the organizational structure (Teams and Groups)
1) Select a project team: Select a team from the drop-down list. If it is not present, the default value will be "Without a command". (Creating a team is only available when purchasing a pricing plan).
2) Configure access rights: Set the rights for each participant role. To apply the new rights to all tasks in the project, check the box "Update rights for existing tasks".
Limited project Settings
If you are a team member and do not have access to the global project settings, only your personal Calendar settings will be visible in the configuration window. They change individually for each user.
